Engleman Associates, Inc. works with independent consultants to deliver services. Our consulting firm partners meet standards and participate in SoftSelect methods training. They are skilled in general process improvement consulting and business software system consulting.  Some have specific industry and/or functional area focus and are nationally known in their fields. Consultant facilitators can add the following value on projects:

  • Provide a valuable outside perspective resulting in a more complete process vision and increased awareness of related priorities for business systems

  • Ensure SoftSelect procedures and tools are better utilized

  • Reduce the demand and stress on personnel from the company with the business software project (the service fees payback usually can be realized in this area alone)

How Facilitators are Selected for Projects

For projects that Engleman Associates directly coordinates, we select one or more facilitators based on the following criteria:

  • Experience in the industry of the client

  • Experience in companies similar in size and complexity to the client

  • Experience in the software under review (ERP, CRM, etc.)

  • Experience in SoftSelect tools and processes

  • Proximity to the client—the broad geographic coverage of our network enables more local support of projects

  • Consultant availability for the projected scope and time frame of the client project
