Pre-Implementation Readiness
Our pre-implementation readiness process has developed as a by-product of our enterprise software selection process. Much of the work in the selection process can be leveraged to conduct other work to greatly improve readiness to implemented complex enterprise software.
To better ensure these pre-implementation readiness processes are tuned for a particular project and then performed well, we have comprehensive project support that takes the form of:
- Methodology documentation
- Just-in-time project training/coaching on processes and tools
- Direct support to conduct project duties (more or less based on client factors)
