Our processes for business software selection and improving implementation readiness have been built from the experience of over 1900 projects since 1996. There are many details in project planning and execution that, if performed well, make a large difference in project results. To better ensure these processes are tuned for a particular project and then performed well, we have comprehensive project support that takes the form of:
- Methodology documentation
- Just-in-time project training and coaching on processes and tools
- Direct support to conduct project duties (amount of support is based on client factors)
