ERP Selection and Implementation
Planning Workshop
Selecting Enterprise Software? Avoid common pitfalls.
We offer a one-day workshop with high value content, developed from the results of over 1900 enterprise software projects. The workshop agenda is:
Selecting ERP software – the main problem areas
- Business process boundaries of ERP for your firm — a common source of confusion and frustration
- The correct factors that should influence selections — avoid functionality data from any source
- Building confidence your firm has the right long list — most advice is biased, incompetent, or both
- Forcing consistency in reviewing your long list — only specific information should be relevant
- Improving amounts paid and terms when acquiring ERP — many options are available to preserve cash and reduce risk
Pre-implementation planning – a huge payback
- Why most implementations fall well short of potential — the root causes are almost never addressed
- Collaborative planning essential for top-level success — started at least six months before implementations
- Tools necessary to manage project data and change — without this structure, projects fall short of objectives
- Executive and project leadership is critical — and almost never fully present on projects
And many more topics…

- Full day workshop at selected cities: We consolidate requests for this training and chose the best locations and timing to deliver the workshop. The cost is $1,500/participant.
- Workshop at a client selected location: We arrange training at a location and time of your choice. The workshop can be tuned based on client factors.
- Remote delivery: Deliver the workshop remotely in about five 1.5 hour segments using a webinar format. The workshop can be tuned based on client factors.
