Our Team
Our internal team is comprised of personnel that support our business and client services. Additionally we work with a network of carefully selected consultant partners that support our selection and implementation control service offerings.
Key internal team members are:
- President and Founder
Mark Engleman 
- Mark founded this company in 1996 and has been involved in about six hundred enterprise software projects and has delivered hundreds of webinars and workshops on enterprise software selection and controlling implementations. Over the years, as projects have been performed, Mark has collected and organized the more successful service techniques. He has also been responsible for the development of the tools to support these services. Based on his comprehensive and deep knowledge of this structure he is involved in most client projects in the role of a ‘methods expert’.
- Administrative Manager
Flo Whiting 
- Flo conducts numerous administrative support duties at our central office. She is also involved in our software vendor and software product research maintenance. She has been in this role since 1998.
- Financial Management
Anne Marie Engleman 
- Anne Marie has managed company financials and related administration since 2002.
- ERP Database and Project Tool Development
Mike Stankavich 
- Mike is the key developer of our internal business software database, the SoftSelect online ERP comparison database, and project support tools. He has filled this role since 1997.
