Mark Engleman
President and Founder

Mark founded Engleman Associates in 1996 and has spent three decades at the center of enterprise software advisory work — involved in hundreds of ERP projects across manufacturing, distribution, and complex multi-site operations.

Mark has led the vision and development of EAI's proprietary intellectual property since the firm's founding — methodology refined through direct client engagement across every major ERP platform and vendor tactic imaginable. In 2025 he directed a comprehensive reset of EAI's service delivery, integrating purpose-built AI accelerators throughout the firm's advisory methodology.

The result is a fundamentally different capability — not AI-assisted consulting, but AI-integrated methods that deliver analysis depth, customization scale, and commercial terms protection that are simply not achievable through conventional approaches, regardless of consultant experience or budget.
